    quiet location
    excellent dinner
    outdated decor
    staff uniform cleanliness
    lack of attentiveness

The location was quiet and perfect for walking, with several local pubs nearby. Dining options included an excellent dinner with local fish and a fabulous Yorkshire breakfast, showcasing regional produce. Unfortunately, the decor felt outdated, and the cleanliness of the staff's uniforms raised some concerns. the dinner service lacked attentiveness, impacting the overall experience.

Maintenance could use immediate attention!!! Odd smells lingering in public areas detracted from the experience. a serious upgrade in decor is needed to create a more inviting atmosphere!!! Consider enhancing the dining space to accommodate guests better!!!

    great breakfast

    Perfect for weary travelers

The room I had was really clean, great sized bathroom which had a bath. After a long day, that was just what I needed. The breakfast was really good too, well-cooked and a nice choice.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but still worth it in the end.

Had a nice stay, the people working there were super friendly. The evening meal was really tasty, and breakfast was perfect for early risers. The only downside was the room felt a bit basic but overall was comfy enough. The lounge area was a nice spot to chill after a long day.

    spacious rooms
    good breakfast
    lift service
    rude staff

A fantastic stay with friends! We explored the beautiful Yorkshire moors and Captain Cook's coast. The place had a good breakfast and spacious rooms. It even offered lifts back to the hiking trail, which was a lifesaver for our group. Wi-Fi worked well, too. Definitely a great spot for group adventures!

I did have a frustrating experience at checkout. I waited quite a while without anyone at the desk, and when I finally got help, the staff were a bit rude about a payment confusion.
